16 years of work experience with GrameenPhone, WTO, QUBEE, YGAP and Build Bangladesh (Impress Group). Currently a shareholder and Executive Director of Build Bangladesh. Under my leadership YGAP became the largest startup program in the country (105 startups and 14 sectors) and was awarded the best accelerator program in South Asia in 2020. Through our in-house developed system our startups have mapped and reported 7 (seven) million impacted lives. I hold active board seats in several for-profit and non-profit companies encompassing sectors like Healthcare (valuation: $10M), Assistive Technology (valuation: $500,000 in 3 months since inception and won R Ventures), Water systems, Agriculture, Investments, and NGO, to name a few. I am bullish about patents and have mobilised the first utility patent filed by a startup in Bangladesh.

Rawnak Jahan hold a Masters Degree in Law with experience working in NGOs, INGOs and Regional Organization in areas of development and women rights. Currently she is leading the Women and Girls Empowerment program as Acting Director. She has experience working with institutions to strengthen national response to VAW from different sectors (e.g. police, justice, social services, health sector). She has leaded and participated in different policy enactment movements in Bangladesh. She was actively involved with the activist group for the enactment and implementation of Domestic Violence Act. She was involved and contributed in development of Rules of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2017 and National Plan of Action ending child marriage with different ministries and women rights organizations. She is an alumna of state department, USA. She represented the women and girls voice in different national and global platform. She is an active member of Bangladesh Bar Council and enrolled lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

Syed Zain Al-Mahmood has spent more than a decade in senior positions with international and national development organisations where he led multi-disciplinary teams, working to ensure access to trusted, quality information that empowers communities. He was Chief of Party for a USAID project aimed at providing life-saving and life-enhancing information to at-risk communities, and country lead for a US State Department project focused on strengthening independent media in Bangladesh. Prior to that, as an award-winning journalist, he covered socio-economic development issues in Bangladesh and other South Asian nations for The Wall Street Journal and the Guardian.

Venkat currently serves as the Director of CAIF (Circular Apparel Innovation Factory) at Intellecap, where he is responsible for driving institutional building of CAIF. He brings with him 20+ years of experience working in India, Vietnam, China and The Netherlands wearing several hats in a leadership capacity. He has had the privilege of partnering with fortune 50 - 100 companies, start-ups, govt institutions and not-for-profits. Some of his work includes advising the City of Amsterdam in drawing up a 10-year (2015-25) roadmap to make Amsterdam a 100% clean energy city, developing a white paper for Abu Dhabi in design and conceptualization of a smart sustainable city for Middle East and North Africa, advising and mentoring impact entrepreneurs across India, China, Middle East and Europe in areas including inclusive education models, smart cities and inclusive growth. He's a design thinking practitioner and has been a visiting faculty in two of India's premier b-schools (IIM Bangalore and NMIMS) teaching design thinking, innovation management and humanizing data sciences. Beyond work, he's passionate about traveling, reading, cooking, and his mental / physical fitness. He finds listening to music and boxing to be meditative.

Charlotte Brunnström is Strategy Lead at the H&M Foundation where she has worked since 2014. She leads the strategy development and implementation for the Inclusive Societies pillar. Charlotte is passionate about sustainable development and convinced that broad crosssector collaboration is the way to reach systems change to incorporate previously neglected perspectives and voices. With an entrepreneurial mindset, she is always looking for innovative solutions with the power to make a real impact and large-scale change. She is exploring new ways of thinking about sustainability and the pathways to achieve them to be ready for a “post 2030” agenda. In her role, Charlotte contributes to the strategic planning and implementation process and identifies opportunities for cross-sector collaboration for multidisciplinary perspectives on sustainable development. She also co-designs and executes collective impact initiatives and is ultimately responsible for the implementation and impact evaluation. Charlotte has undertaken numerous projects in a range of locations, including Cambodia, India, Myanmar, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, Bulgaria and Romania. Prior to her current role, Charlotte gained experience working in the H&M Group's Sustainability Department, in the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and in various international NGOs.

Saroja is currently serving as iDE's Director of Asia Global Operations as well as Acting Country Director, of iDE Bangladesh. Saroja brings over a decade of experience in international development focused on private-sector market growth. Her expertise lies in both the private sector and international development. She has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, providing tax advisory services and consulting on various aspects such as entrepreneurship, grants and contract management, strategy design, project administration, and the implementation of Market Systems Development (M4P) interventions in rural markets. Saroja played a pivotal role in leading one of iDE Bangladesh's flagship programs, WEESMS, providing technical and management oversight. Additionally, she served as an Associate Director of Programs and provided strategic leadership across various portfolios. Prior to joining iDE Bangladesh, Saroja consulted for various NGOs in Nepal - Esther Benjamin Trust, Child Rescue Nepal, and also at one of the leading consulting firms- Deloitte in the USA and brings her strong project management skills with the ability to assess risks and track results. Saroja holds a B.A. degree from Augsburg College in the United States, where she double majored in Accounting and Finance.

Zahedul Amin is an entrepreneur, researcher, and consultant with 15 years of experience working for donors, development agencies, private enterprises, and government entities. He co-founded LightCastle Partners: a consulting firm looking to foster inclusive economic growth for Bangladesh and beyond. He has extensive research and project implementation experience across multiple sectors and loves to solve development problems, adopting a systemic approach.

Abdulla Al Mamun is a highly experienced and accomplished child rights expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Director of Child Protection and Child Rights Governance at Save the Children, where he leads the organization's efforts to protect and promote the rights of children in Bangladesh. Throughout his extensive career, Abdulla has made significant contributions to the policy formulation for child labor elimination and other child rights-related laws and policies. He has a wealth of experience in child rights programming, good governance, policy advocacy, media engagement, program design and implementation, project management, and Leadership skills. He holds a Master's degree in Social Science (MSS) from the University of Chittagong and many professional certifications which equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in his field. He is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and in his free time, he enjoys reading and traveling. He is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children everywhere and is dedicated to promoting their rights and well-being. Abdulla's extensive experience and expertise in policy formulation and leadership make him a valuable asset to any organization working in the field of child rights.

I am delighted to share a brief introduction about my journey, expertise, and passion beyond work. I have 11 years of experience in the development sector, with Swisscontact, where I have been actively engaged in various projects and initiatives. My career began with the flagship Katalyst project, and since then, I have had the opportunity to lead multiple projects, collaborating with international private donors as well as bilateral organizations. Currently, I hold the role of Team Leader/Project Manager for the PROGRESS project, funded by the Swedish Embassy of Bangladesh. This initiative focuses on promoting green growth through skills development in the RMG sector of Bangladesh. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a proud mother of two children who bring joy and inspiration to my life. In my leisure time, I find solace in the pages of books, particularly fiction, and love listening to music.

Samin is a seasoned professional with a strong academic foundation, holding a master's in public administration and financial management, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With a decade of dedicated service in the development sector in Bangladesh and Myanmar, she has actively championed causes close to her heart, including youth skills development, labor migration, women's social and economic empowerment, and leveraging technology for societal progress. Outside of work, she nurtures a deep interest in reading fictions from all over the world, which keeps her imagination thriving, and she indulges in travel to keep her feet firmly grounded in the diverse cultures and realities of global community.

Development professional for over 27 years, he has worked in senior management positions as well as an international consultant. He has led large scale development programmes and evaluations in a wide range of sectors and institutional contexts. His programmatic experience includes Food Security, Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Entrepreneurship Development, Natural Resources Management (NMR), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Emergency/Humanitarian Response and Policy Advocacy. His recent assignments have focused on understanding and enhancing the capability of different organisations to comprehend and implement change processes of development projects in climate induced challenging environments. His consultancy work includes reviews, evaluations, baseline, country contextual analysis and strategy formulation. He has worked for CARE, ActionAid, Chars Livelihood Programme, WaterAid, ICCO Cooperation, Plan International, BRAC and consulted for DFID, European Union, WaterAid, Christian Aid, Plan International, UNDP - Bangladesh, Save the Children among others. His professional approach stems from the belief that participation is central to making positives changes, understanding changes better and achieving more. His country experience includes Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Cambodia. He has joined WaterAid Bangladesh in November 2020 and leads the portfolios of programmes and policy influencing as the Director - Programme and Policy Advocacy.

Sakshi Chadha, Digital Expert and Country Lead Inclusive Digital Economies team for Bangladesh at the UNCDF, manages UNCDF's IDE portfolio in Bangladesh to build an inclusive digital economy. Before UNCDF, she worked as Market Engagement and Regulatory Specialist Asia for the GSMA Mobile Money Programme. There she provided tailored support to Mobile Money Providers and the industry in Asia, helping them find solutions to the regulatory barriers inhibiting the growth of their mobile money services, supporting partnership development, and providing implementation support. She has 14+ years of experience with multiple organizations leading digital financial inclusion initiatives with regulators, policymakers, bankers, MNOs and fintech in India, Bangladesh, Kenya and Nepal. She has also worked on regulatory engagements linked to digital payments in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nepal, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Her work mostly focused on engaging with MNOs and electronic money issuers to develop business processes, work with government and regulators to launch and streamline digital welfare payments, and, work with donors to study the impact of various FI initiatives. Before that, she also worked with Lehman Brothers, Nomura, and KPMG, and consulted for IFC. Her areas of interest include business planning, development finance, structuring and financial modelling, market research, statistical analyses, risk management, concept testing, product development, monitoring and evaluation and policy analysis.
